In this podcast Caroline Pack shares a story about her eating disorder and her recovery. The Name “Popcorn and Watermelon” arose when Caroline and I had a conversation and both realized that we used to eat a lot of these two foods because they were low in calories. With this podcast I hope other young girls and boys can see that their situations do not die with them and other people suffer, and hopefully see recovery in their future.
